Season’S Luxury Hotels Representation was founded by Julie Zeldich in 2007. Before that since 2002 she has been representing some of luxury hotels individually.


Now Season'S Luxury Hotels Representation provides sales and public relations representation in Russia and CIS countries for luxury hotels.  We work with vip-agencies and luxury press of CIS countries (Russia (mostly), Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Baltic countries). We have two brands of activities: Public Relations where we work with the best media and Sales – we don't sell ourselves, but we help to make the reservations and stimulate good sales by touristic agencies, tour operators and other business providers. Also we give great value of collaboration with private banking service, VIP-concierge service agencies, etc. – as number of direct clients booking increases a lot every year.

We have our own specialist database with many personal media contacts, which we constantly maintain and develop.

Every project and every client is unique for us. Our strategy for each hotel is done very individually, in tailor made style, our activities are well thought out, that is why we have good results. Initially, we analyze how is the image of the hotel at the moment on our market, what PR and sales lacunas in the current situation on our market it has and which goals to achieve are desirable by the hotel, which clients it would like to get in the first place. According to this we develop a strategy to change this situation in the near future. As a rule, having a well developed strategy and following it, the situation changes significantly in the first year of operation. But it should be noted that our synergy with the hotel is very important for the result, that is, its willingness to provide us with the most detailed information and photos of the property, special offers for TA/TO if needed, to welcome journalists and pay attention to them, to create together with us themes for emailing, and so on.

To ensure the best performance of all tasks and in order to fulfill its obligations we propose a detailed program for each hotel we represent, including the following services and acts:
  • Organizing monthly meetings with best travel representatives (travel agencies, TO, concierge services, private banking companies etc) of Moscow or others cities of CIS;

  • Organizing breakfasts-presentations with the best individual travel agencies and luxury concierge services – according to the activity plan;

  • Monthly news mailing (according to the information provided by the hotel) to travel agencies and TO;

  • Organizing and accompanying of famtrips for business providers;

  • Providing assistance to the Hotel’s management in trips across Russia and CIS & Baltic countries;

  • Participation as a representative of the Hotel in workshops and exhibitions, and in other events to be approved in the course of the year;

  • Organizing a stand for the hotel, work in exhibitions: providing within a workshop/exhibition a person in charge of the Hotel product presentation;

  • Creation and support of a web page of Hotel in Russian language within the Season’S web site;

  • Written translation;

  • Publishing detailed information about the hotel on web sites of the important FIT agencies and tour operators in the СIS travel market;



  • Organizing monthly meetings with luxury magazines of Russia or others countries;

  • Providing vip-concierge services and private banking with special programs for their clients;

  • Monthly news mailing  (according to the information provided by the hotel) to media;

  • Organizing publications in luxury press by barter basis;

  • Organizing special events for press: press-days, press-cocktails, individual appointments & interviews and other;

  • Organizing and accompanying of press-trips;

  • Organizing of individual arrivals of journalists;

  • Adapting press-materials to the Russian language (press-releases, brochures, etc.);

  • Selecting press releases;

  • Concept and assistance in professional film- and photo-making;

  • Participating in various public relations campaigns, special projects and cross marketing operations,

  • Other PR and press activities.

Normally, during the year we provide articles in top luxury magazines, web publications and several special projects (*) - subject if we have an active interaction with the hotel and regularly receive interesting topics for communication and organize visits of journalists and press trips.

* Special projets – as collaboration with the big brands, leading luxury spas, top beauty salons, restaurants, golf clubs, etc., cross-promotion in the area of luxury, competitions with web sites of top luxury magazines, participation in events organized by prestigious partners and etc.

The Agency consists of two departments, sales and PR/marketing. 

Julie Zelditch

Director and founder of Season'S

Julie came into the sphere of promotion of hotels and spa in 2002. Graduated in Foreign Languages at 1992, Moscow State Pedagogical University, Julie worked for several years in PR and marketing with major spa centers of the Russian President Administration. Then, having excellent knowledge of the sphere of luxury tourism, changed the arena of activity and began to represent luxury hotels at the Russian and CIS markets, then and in 2006 she founded the company Season'S, Luxury Hotels & SPA Representation, which has now an excellent  collection of luxury hotels.

Marianna Sarumova

Deputy Director

Graduated on the Academy of National Economy in 2009. Her career in the hotel industry began immediately in a luxury hotel near Moscow Barvikha Hotel & SPA, where she received a good experience in the luxury hotels industry. Realizing that the sphere of hotels and luxury travel is absolutely consistent with her character, in 2010, Marianne has continued her carrier in the Season'S, Luxury Hotels & SPA Representation where she currently heads the Sales Department.

Tatiana Safronova

France, Monaco and Morocco account manager

After graduating RUDN University with honor, Tatiana started working in MICE and event-sphere as an organizer of business and corporate events. Her constant interest in something new and the desire to challenge herself led Tatiana to the concierge service American Express in 2008, where she became a dedicated assistant of the premium department, working with the bank’s VIP clients. With the solid background of experience and contacts in the hospitality sphere, in 2019 Tatiana was inspired by the collection of hotels represented by Season 'S and joined the team. Her professionalism, multiplied by the communicability and discipline of the event manager, will certainly lead to further the invaluable experience – both for clients and the company itself.

Daria Motyagina

Sales department, Italy & Austria account manager

Curiosity and great social skills led Dasha Motyagina to the faculty of journalism of Lomonosov Moscow State University, from which she has graduated in 2011. Since 19 years old Dasha has been a keen solo traveler and visited 35 countries so far - and still counting!. Little by little the hobby became a profession – after several years of work in PR sphere Dasha starts a job at Shine travel company. There she creates individual travel itineraries and guides for the unique destinations around the globe. In 2014 Dasha starts a Graphic Design class at Dublin Institute of Design and keeps on her freelance work with travel guides. 

Dasha’s career in travel marketing started in 2015 at the UK National Tourism Board - VisitBritain. Since mid2017, she has been working at Season’S as the account manager of GB Thermae Hotels in Abano, Italy. 

Veronika Tinaeva

Sales department, India account manager

During the university years, Veronika Tinaeva went to France to study French under Au-Pair programme. After her return to Russia, Veronika graduated from university with the degree in Social & Cultural Service and Tourism & Management and was offered a position in French CEIT Travelscope company where she worked for 5 years and gained a broad experience in tourism sphere. Then she started working for MTC GROUP in luxury travel industry and spent 3 years combining job responsibilities in travel with personal hobbies. In 2018, Veronika wanted some changes and obtained the position of an account manager at Season`S, representing Ayurvedic clinics and hotels, such as Kalari Kovilakom, Kalari Rasayana, SwaSwara and Prakriti Shakti.

Ekaterina Reshetnikova

Sales department, Junior account manager

In the early childhood Katerina conceived for herself that she had to relate her life to travel. After graduating from the Foreign Languages Department of Saratov State University Katerina worked as an English teacher for several years, then as a translator at a PR agency. Realizing that her English, professional communication skills and ambitions can be combined with travel, namely work in tourism and hospitality, Katerina joined Season'S as a new sales manager with great enthusiasm. Katerina is a real optimist, always ready for discoveries and new acquaintances. She adores good cinema, Russian and English classical literature and badminton. 

Victoria Bychenko

PR & Press department. PR Director

Victoria graduated from Moscow State University and got a degree in Sociology where she was studying at PR and Communication department. Her first job was at the biggest Russian Publishing House Sanoma Independent Media where she worked for S7 in-flight magazine and where she received a good experience in journalism and started writing her first articles about travels, beauty and lifestyle. After having 2,5 year work experience she had decided to get an international education in Italy, Milan where she moved for 1,5 years. The fields of fashion, luxury business and travels always attracted Victoria, so she decided to get a Master degree in Fashion Management at Domus Academy, Milan. Then after graduating and completing 2 internships, she came back in Moscow and realized that she is so much into travels, hotels business and PR communications so she was happy to get in 2013 a PR manager position at Season'S, Luxury Hotels&SPA Representation. Victoria loves photography, practising yoga and enjoying to explore the world.

Yuliya Dzyuba

PR & Special Projects Manager

Since her youth, Yuliya was fascinated by other cultures and wanted to explore various countries. In the early age of 16 she left to United States where at first she graduated from Texas High School and then received a Bachelor degree of Arts & Graphic Design at Southern Arkansas University. A degree in Arts helped Yuliya to get a job in New York, where she worked in a creative department of a famous football league MetroStars. Later on Yuliya returned to Russia and immediately plunged into the world of Glossy Publishing business, working as an Art Director for more than 8 years and leading the federal network of glossy magazines. She participated in numerous creative projects with famous beauty & jewelry brands, as well as worked with many celebrities and people from showbiz in Russia. While Yuliya always found her inspiration from travelling, that ultimately led her to decide to change the scope of her main work activities and devote all her interest to the world of hotels’ promotion. Since 2018, Yuliya continued her career at Season'S as a PR & Special Project manager.
